🌟 În 7 Noiembrie ne întâlnim pentru o seară specială de Ecstatic Dance!

Vom avea muzică LIVE creată de un grup de muzicieni, ghidați de Kulam Project. Născut în 2019 în Tailanda, Kulam este renumit și apreciat în lumea Ecstatic Dance-ului pentru experiențele profunde pe care le creează.

Vom avea o ceremonie de cacao (opțional) pentru a ne deschide simțurile înspre dans și bucurie.

Vom avea la final un Singing Circle de exprimare, armonizare și integrare împreună.

Dansul ne aduce sentimentul de „acasă” și o stare interioară de bine ❤️ Abia așteptăm să sărbătorim împreună!

Ecstatic Dance este o mișcare globală, o petrecere conștientă, o ceremonie, o practică de mișcare, un spațiu sigur unde te poți explora și te poți bucura de tine, de ceilalți, de dans și de muzică!

🌟 Ne întâlnim pentru a ne exprima liber prin mișcare, într-un spațiu non-verbal, în care stările interioare se manifestă prin intermediul corpului.

Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment, o petrecere, o ceremonie, o practică de meditație prin mișcare, un loc de explorare prin joacă în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate.
Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore și jumate de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri. Apoi, spre sfârșitul călătoriei, muzica de relaxare ne invită la conștientizarea și asimilarea experienței avute.

Into the Here and Now

The Kulam project is a Non Profit Association, World traveling live music and dance experience, Created by Live one-time orchestra. Free-flowing, completely improvised, live dance music journey full of passion, invention, creativity, drama, and most of all, grooves that are impossible to ignore.

The project was born on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand in January 2019; it grew faster than anyone expected and in a few months the full houses were getting out of hand. So far We have played hundreds of Events, with more than 500 musicians in many different countries and took thousands of people on an unforgettable trip.

Kulam means “everyone” in Hebrew – We indeed involve everyone in the creative process. Without a rigid structure or sheet music to guide the players, they are completely naked and exposed before the audience, inviting the listener and the player alike into a space of total trust. The audience, have a space to forget about their fears, limitations, preconceived notions, and surrender to the flow of music, like the musicians before their eyes do.

🌟 Dansul ecstatic ne arată drumul spre a vedea posibilitățile, avantajele și provocările dansului printr-o nouă formă de IMPLICARE și CONȘTIENTIZARE. Acesta nu pune accentul doar pe actul în sine de a dansa, ci și pe angajamentul nostru conștient și intenționat în această acțiune.

Ecstatic Dance este un spațiu de siguranță, acceptare și explorare, în care poți dansa fără a te preocupa de cum arată mișcările tale și în care îți poți lăsa corpul să se exprime cum își dorește.

19:00 – 19:30 Cerc de deschidere & Exerciții de încălzire
19:30 – 21:30 Ecstatic Dancing / Musical journey by Kulam Project & Local Musicians
21:30 – 22:00 Relaxare muzicală și cerc de închidere

PRINCIPII:
🌊 Ringul de dans este un spațiu non-verbal. Astfel, este mai ușor să ne mutăm atenția din minte în corp și să găsim noi moduri de a ne exprima și/sau de a interacționa cu ceilalți.
🌊 Pentru o avea o experiență cât mai autentică, pe parcursul evenimentului NU se consumă alcool, tutun și alte droguri.
🌊 Putem dansa singuri, cu ceilalți sau putem sta și privi, respectând spațiul și pe ceilalți.
🌊 Nu este nevoie de experiență în dans. Deschis pentru orice vârstă și condiție fizică.
🌊 Să îți aduci haine comode și nu uita de apă!
🌊 Pe parcursul evenimentului nu se vor face poze sau filmări 🙏

🌟 November 7 will be a special day for Ecstatic Dance Celebration!

We will have LIVE music create by a group of musicians guided by Kulam Project. Born in Thailand in 2019, Kulam Project is well known and appreciated in the Ecstatic Dance world for the profound experiences they create.

🌟 The event will start with a short warm-up to stretch, to get familiar with the space and with other people. Then, we`ll flow into the Ecstatic Dance. For two hours, the DJ will guide us for a JOURNEY through genres, tempos and different cultural influences. You are invited to move as the MUSIC inspires you and as your body wishes in a safe and non-judgmental space.
This is an opportunity to exercise your body and mind, to process emotions, to EXPLORE and to PLAY, dancing alone or with other people or just sitting. We close with a session of relaxation music to integrate insights and connections into our beings.

🌟 Ecstatic Dancing reveals the possibilities, advantages and challenges of dancing, bringing AWARENESS not just to the activity itself, but also to our COMMITMENT and INTENTION towards this activity.

GUIDELINES:
🌊 For a truly authentic experience, the dance floor is a NON-VERBAL space. Leaving words behind allows us to move out of our minds and into our bodies, finding new ways to express ourselves and to connect with others.
🌊 Alcohol/ tobacco/ drug-free environment.
🌊 Respect for the space and for one another.
🌊 Consider wearing loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely and bring a bottle of water.
🌊 The event addresses all dance enthusiasts, regardless of age, dance experience or physical condition.
🌊 During the event there will be no filming or taking pictures 🙏
