Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a face modificări minore programului sau distribuției. În caz de amânare sau anulare a evenimentului, deținătorul biletului are dreptul de a-l returna pentru rambursare doar la locația de unde a fost cumpărat, în termen de 30 de zile de la data anunțului amânării sau anulării. În cazul amânării sau anulării evenimentelor sau modificării programului, cheltuielile suplimentare (transport, hotel etc.) nu vor fi returnate.

Prin achiziționarea acestui bilet, cumpărătorul se angajează să accepte și să respecte regulamentul oficial al evenimentului, precum și Termenii și condițiile de utilizare ale Organizatorului. Nerespectarea regulamentului sau utilizarea biletului în alte scopuri decât cele stipulate poate duce la anularea biletului și poate duce la interzicerea accesului deținătorului biletului de acces la eveniment. Returnarea biletului, în cazurile menționate, nu este posibilă.

Organizatorul evenimentului nu își asumă responsabilitatea și nu va oferi despăgubiri persoanelor care prezintă bilete deteriorate, bilete invalide sau bilete ale căror coduri de bare nu sunt valide sau ale căror coduri de bare au fost scanate anterior și care au acordat deja accesul la eveniment unor alte persoane. Falsificarea sau copierea biletelor, realizată în orice mod, constituie infracțiune și se pedepsește conform legii.
Introducerea și/sau utilizarea în incinta a obiectelor contondente sau ascuțite, sticlelor, cănilor, bețelor, armelor, artificiilor sau a altor obiecte enumerate în regulamentul de ordine interioară al locației sunt strict interzise. Sunetul puternic poate cauza probleme de auz sau alte probleme de sănătate.
