Group Therapy for Therapists

This group is for you if you are interested in an intense and effective group therapy experience, which skillfully combines techniques and methods specific to cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, Schema Therapy and other therapeutic orientations.

Moreover, this group is built to help you as a therapist, to work on your own patterns, to work with your own schemes and ways.
Now everyone has access to information: courses, books, training. The difference in the office will be your ability to maintain yourself in the Healthy Adult when the client activates you and your ability to approach the client with your Healthy Adult and not through the filter of your own patterns!

And yes, this group will also help you in your personal life, with your life partner, with your friends, with your child… because our patterns impact our entire existence!

About the program:

This group therapy program is built on the principles of Schema Therapy and supplemented with techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, Somatic therapy, Psychodrama in which Diana has complementary training.
Details:
The program lasts 1 year and is held on line in English
– We meet twice a month (second and fourth Tuesday)
– Each meeting is 4 hours 17.00-20.00 Romanian Time
– Price: 180 euros per month (8 hours)
– Maximum 10 participants

Group therapist: Diana Teodorescu is a Clinical Psychologist, CBT Trainer and supervisor at IFTECC Institiute, EABCT affiliated; ISST certified Schema Therapy Trainer and supervisor for Individuals, Children and Adolescents and for Groups; Member of Children and Adolescents Certification Committee ISST (2023-2025) and the Group Certification Committee, ISST (2024-2025), Associate Professor at Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University. Moreover she has over 20 years of experience of clinical evaluation, individual and group therapy.
