This class is an invitation to transition from the “doing” of the week into a state of deep “being”—a heart-centered journey designed to help you reconnect and cultivate a kinder relationship with yourself.

Through a blend of mindful movement and reflective stillness, we create a community space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are—no “fixing” required.

The Somatic Journey: What to Expect
🍃 Somatic Movement: A slow, intuitive yoga flow focused on the sensation of the movement rather than the perfection of the pose. We move to release tension and wake up the body’s natural wisdom.

🍃 Breathwork (Pranayama): Gentle techniques to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and ground your energy.

🍃 Compassion Practices: Guided Loving-Kindness (Metta) meditations and heart-centered inquiries to foster self-acceptance and emotional resilience.

🍃 Sound & Stillness: Often ending with the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls or chimes to deepen your relaxation and integration.
