The JAZZx Masterclass Series continues in 2026, bringing audiences closer to the artists behind the music.

More than conversations, these intimate sessions are a chance to step behind the curtain and discover the stories, creative processes, lessons learned, and unexpected moments that shape an artist’s journey. It’s a space for dialogue, curiosity and exchange. A rare opportunity to connect directly with some of the voices defining today’s music landscape.

One of the most influential voices of the contemporary UK jazz scene, Joe Armon-Jones is a keyboardist, producer, songwriter, and bandleader based in South London.

A graduate of the renowned Tomorrow’s Warriors programme and founding member of the BRIT Award-winning Ezra Collective, Joe has become known for his exceptional musicianship, adventurous improvisation, and ability to move effortlessly between jazz, dub, electronic music, hip-hop, and beyond.

His masterclass offers a unique glimpse into a creative practice that continuously pushes genre boundaries while remaining deeply rooted in musical community and collaboration.

Professional drummer, composer, and multidisciplinary artist, Noah Fürbringer has been immersed in music since the age of three. By the time he was ten, he was already performing in bands, circus productions, and interdisciplinary artistic projects. Over the years, he has built an impressive international career across live performances, studio recordings, and experimental collaborations.

Known for his versatility and creative approach, Noah is involved in numerous projects, including his own solo work. At JAZZx 2026, he joins the festival’s main stage as part of the acclaimed Moses Yoofee Trio.

This year, we’re inviting audiences into the fascinating world of live radio with Oana Zamfir and Vlad Craioveanu, the beloved hosts of Digi FM’s morning show.

For the first time in their history, they’re bringing the morning show to a Sunday afternoon and in front of a live audience.
Join them on July 5, at 14:30, at Centrul de Proiecte Timișoara, for an entertaining behind-the-scenes journey into the realities of live broadcasting. Discover how on-air mistakes are made (and fixed), why they’re known as „the early risers” and what it takes to stay on the bright side of every morning, even when things don’t go according to plan.
