Join us for a rare 6-day, 50-hour immersion exploring the living connection between the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. This intensive is designed exclusively for dedicated practitioners and yoga teachers who wish to move beyond physical practice and enter the deeper dimensions of yoga.

Most courses teach philosophy and practice as separate subjects.

This immersion reveals how Krishna’s teachings on Karma Yoga, Dharma, and self-mastery directly complement Patanjali’s teachings on concentration, meditation, and liberation.

How can we remain deeply engaged in life while staying free within ourselves?

* Advanced Vinyasa and intermediate-level asana practice
* Functional understanding of postures and their energetic purpose
* Bandhas and their role in directing prana
* Classical mudras and their practical application
* Dharana (concentration) techniques from the yogic tradition
* The psychology of the Bhagavad Gita
* Karma Yoga as a path of transformation
* The Yoga Sutras as a map of the mind
* The meeting point between Krishna’s wisdom and Patanjali’s science
* Practical methods for integrating these teachings into daily life

This is not a beginner’s course.

Participants should already have an established yoga practice.
