​After a 14-year journey on the path to becoming a 5Rhythms teacher, I am now delighted to offer 5Rhythms Emerging Waves.
​Whether you want to discover what 5Rhythms is all about or just dive straight into the waves, you are more than welcome!

​⏳ Duration: Each session takes 2 hours.
​📍 Location: Bucharest, near Piața Romană (the exact address will be sent upon registration).
​🌐 Language: English and Romanian.

​Dates:
​May 22: 19:30–21:30
​May 24: 12:00–14:00
​You can choose to attend one or both sessions. I recommend both in order to go deeper into your process and explore how inner movements find ways to be expressed through the body.

​1 session: 120 RON
​2 sessions: 200 RON
Concessions (60 RON/session):
Available for seniors (60+), students, unemployed individuals, single mothers, and freelancers in their first years of activity.

​👤 About the Teacher: Mihail Iordache
​For over 20 years, Mihail has worked at the intersection of body and mind as a yoga teacher and psychotherapist (specializing in Somatic Experiencing, Integral Somatic Psychology, Transactional Analysis, and Dance and Movement Therapy).
​Since 2005, his path as a trainer in non-formal education and social theatre has taken him across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. As a 5Rhythms teacher-in-training, he is honored to be mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley.
