Între 2026 și 2027, în proiectul TRANZIȚII, vom lucra la cinci noi performance-uri, realizate de Urvi Vora, Ludomir Franczak, Sergiu Matiș, Julien Daillière și Alenka Marinič.

În paralel, dezvoltăm un program de formare în producție și management cultural. Veți avea ocazia să descoperiți din interior funcționarea Casei Tranzit, veți intra în dialog cu artiștii și partenerii săi și veți fi însoțiți și îndrumați de o echipă de profesioniști cu vastă experiență în domeniu.

Programul include un segment teoretic structurat în trei module intensive de ateliere, pe teme precum dreptul de autor, managementul unui spațiu cultural, management de proiect, studii de public, mediere culturală, metode de feedback și organizarea unei arhive. Atelierele sunt facilitate de o echipă de profesioniști precum Alex Ciorogar, Attila Seprődi, Cosmin Koszor-Codrea, Csilla Könczei, Delia Mucică, Irina Bârca, Laura Trocan, Lorand Maxim, Petro Ionescu, Rohit Goel, Simina Corlat, Sonja Jokiniemi și Zoltán Gálovits. Programul e completat de două vizite profesionale: la MAGMA Contemporary Medium din Sfântu Gheorghe, unde vom fi primiți și ghidați de Ágnes-Evelin Kispál și Attila Kispál, și la Centrul Național al Dansului București, unde Corina Cimpoieru ne va introduce în Mediateca CNDB.

Segmentul practic, remunerat, presupune implicarea voastră în echipa de câte unei producții și, ulterior, participarea la organizarea unei serii de prezentări finale și conversații teoretice la finalul anului 2027.

Programul este remunerat și este dedicat lucrătorilor culturali emergenți. Vor fi acceptate persoane majore, fără o limită de vârstă superioară. Pe tot parcursul programului de formare, participanții vor beneficia de mentorat din partea lui Zoltán Gálovits.

2026-ban és 2027-ben öt új előadáson fogunk dolgozni, Urvi Vora, Ludomir Franczak, Sergiu Matiș, Julien Daillière és Alenka Marinič művészekkel.

Ezzel párhuzamosan egy kulturális produkciós és menedzsment képzési programot fejlesztünk. Lehetőséged lesz belülről megismerni a Tranzit Ház működését, együtt dolgozhatsz a művészekkel és partnereinkkel, egy, a területen nagy tapasztalattal rendelkező szakemberekből álló csapat kíséretében és irányításával.

A program egy elméleti részt tartalmaz, amely három intenzív műhelymodulból áll, olyan témákkal, mint a szerzői jog, a kulturális terek menedzsmentje, a projektmenedzsment, a közönségkutatás, a kulturális közvetítés, a visszajelzési módszerek és az archívumok szervezése. A műhelyeket egy szakemberekből álló csapat vezeti: Alex Ciorogar, Seprődi Attila, Cosmin Koszor-Codrea, Csilla Könczei, Delia Mucică, Irina Bârca, Laura Trocan, Lorand Maxim, Petro Ionescu, Rohit Goel, Simina Corlat, Sonja Jokiniemi és Gálovits Zoltán. A programot két szakmai látogatás egészíti ki: a szentgyörgyi MAGMA Kortárs Művészeti Kiállítótérbe, ahol Kispál Ágnes-Evelin és Kispál Attila fogadnak és vezetnek végig minket, valamint a bukaresti Nemzeti Táncközpontba, ahol Corina Cimpoieru bemutatja nekünk a CNDB Médiatékát.

A gyakorlati, fizetett rész keretében egy-egy produkció csapatában kell részt venned, majd 2027 végén egy sor záró előadás és elméleti beszélgetés megszervezésében számítunk rád.

A program fizetett, és elsősorban feltörekvő kulturális szakembereknek szól. Felnőtt személyek jelentkezését várjuk, felső életkori korhatár nincsen. A képzési program teljes időtartama alatt a résztvevők Gálovits Zoltán mentorálását élvezhetik.

In 2026 and 2027, we will be working on five new performances by Urvi Vora, Ludomir Franczak, Sergiu Matiș, Julien Daillière, and Alenka Marinič.

At the same time, we are developing a training program in cultural production and management. You will have the opportunity to discover the inner workings of Tranzit House, engage in dialogue with its artists and partners, and be accompanied and guided by a team of professionals with extensive experience in the field.

The program includes a theoretical component structured into three intensive workshop modules, covering topics such as copyright, cultural space management, project management, audience studies, cultural mediation, feedback methods, and archive organization. The workshops are facilitated by a team of professionals including Alex Ciorogar, Attila Seprődi, Cosmin Koszor-Codrea, Csilla Könczei, Delia Mucică, Irina Bârca, Laura Trocan, Lorand Maxim, Petro Ionescu, Rohit Goel, Simina Corlat, Sonja Jokiniemi, and Zoltán Gálovits. The program is complemented by two professional visits: to MAGMA Contemporary Medium in Sfântu Gheorghe, where we will be welcomed and guided by Ágnes-Evelin Kispál and Attila Kispál, and to the National Dance Center in Bucharest, where Corina Cimpoieru will introduce us to the CNDB Media Library.

The practical, paid segment involves your participation in the production team of one production each and, subsequently, your involvement in organizing a series of final presentations and theoretical discussions at the end of 2027.

The program is paid and is dedicated to emerging cultural workers. Adults will be accepted, with no upper age limit. Throughout the training program, participants will receive mentorship from Zoltán Gálovits.
